In consideration of the sale of the puppy (details below) I, Mrs Delecia Paul, on behalf of Jondepauls German Shepherd Dogs, the breeders, (Vendors), agree with _____________________(Purchaser) the following:- 1. The purchaser shall have fourteen days after the date of this agreement, and sale of puppy, in which to have the puppy examined by any professional veterinary surgeon, at the purchasers expense, and shall have the right to return the puppy without question during the said period of fourteen days. 2. Should the purchaser choose to return the puppy as provided above, then they will be entitled to the return, by the vendor, of the full purchase price of the puppy and no more. If the purchaser does not exercise the option of returning the puppy within the stated fourteen days then the vendor shall be under no further obligation in the respect of the return of the full purchase price of the puppy. 3. Everycare has been taken in the rearing of the puppy, and the dam has been BVA hips scored. The vendors understand the Hip Scoring Scheme and ackowledge the scores of the parents has stated on the pedigree of the puppy, but accepts this is no guarantee to ultimate status of the puppy. It is, therefore, a condition of this sale and purchase that no warranty can be given as to the ultimate maturity, show potential, or hip score of the puppy. 4. Unless by prior arrangement and included on this form, the puppy's Kennal Club Registration will be endorsed with 'Progeny not eligible for registration'. |
